How it works

Complete the online statement with your name, order number, and electronic means for receiving confirmation.
Before final submission, a summary is displayed and you must use the confirmation function.
After confirmation, you receive an email receipt with the statement content, date, time, and reference.

Period and conditions

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from delivery, unless exceptions under applicable law apply.
The item must be returned unused, intact, and in original packaging when item return is required.
