Digital right of withdrawal
Online function to submit a withdrawal statement for a contract concluded on the PanamaHatters shop.
How it works
- Complete the online statement with your name, order number, and electronic means for receiving confirmation.
- Before final submission, a summary is displayed and you must use the confirmation function.
- After confirmation, you receive an email receipt with the statement content, date, time, and reference.
Period and conditions
- The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from delivery, unless exceptions under applicable law apply.
- The item must be returned unused, intact, and in original packaging when item return is required.
- Personalized items or goods made to specific request may be excluded where permitted by law.
After submission
- Customer Care reviews the request and sends operating instructions for any return shipment.
- Refund handling depends on payment method, order status, and verification of the returned item.
- Keep the email reference for any follow-up communication.
