Carriers and tracking

  • Orders are generally prepared and handed to the carrier within 3/7 business days, unless checkout shows a different timing.
  • PanamaHatters works with qualified operators such as UPS, DHL, SDA, or equivalent partners selected according to destination.
  • Once the order is processed, the customer receives a tracking code to follow each delivery step.
  • If the carrier cannot complete delivery, notices or new attempts may be managed according to the carrier rules.

Packaging and protection

  • Each hat is packed with specific attention to crown, brim, and protection during transit.
  • Packaging uses recycled cardboard and materials chosen to preserve the product without compromising the experience.
  • Where applicable, authenticity labels, care notes, and insurance options may be included.

Costs and timing

  • Standard shipping: EUR 6
  • Express shipping: EUR 9
  • Final rates, available timings, and express services are confirmed at checkout according to country, address, and order content.
  • For gifts, hold-for-pickup, or special delivery notes, use checkout notes or contact client care before purchase.
